Matthias Manasi will conduct the Ploiești Philharmonic Orchestra in Ploiești on 18 April at the Filarmonica “Paul Constantinescu” in Ploiești, performing Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 1. The program is completed with Elgar’s Symphony No. 1 and Lalo’s Cello Concerto No. 3 with Andrei Ioniță as soloist, winner of the Gold Medal in 2015 at the internationally renowned Tchaikovsky Competition.
